Gary is an experienced RV storage facility developer/owner/operator with over 9 years of expertise.

He currently oversees a portfolio of assets valued at over $14M. His hands-on approach to facility development, operations, and optimization has allowed him to minimize risk while maximizing profits.

Through building facilities from the ground up and acquiring existing properties, Gary has gained valuable insights across all aspects of the business. His extensive industry network of operators, contractors, lenders, and affiliates knows his successful program well and trusts that he can execute it with minimal oversight.

Looking to bring his proven operational system to a bigger platform led Gary to launch this new private equity partnership. By drawing from his deep experience across every facet of RV storage, he and his team are strongly positioned to strategically grow their footprint within this industry.

Ryan McCoskey has a broad background from 23 years of combined experience in project management and customer service for large-scale Semi-Conductor and Bio-Tech firms worldwide including a yearlong position as the primary contact for an $80M installed equipment base at a high-volume manufacturing plant in Costa Rica.

In 2005 Ryan founded Rytek Technical in response to the growing need of customers to have access to highly skilled field service technicians who could provide service across a wide range of different manufactured equipment. His company has succeeded in completing contracts with large-scale manufacturing companies in the semiconductor, biotech, and life sciences industries. Past projects have included capital equipment installation and commissioning and after-sales service contracts for high-volume manufacturing lines, large environmentally controlled storage systems for drug discovery research companies, and continued maintenance for a broad array of laboratory equipment.

While based in Tucson, Arizona, most of the customer projects were located across the US and some internationally. Managing projects, securing resources, analyzing problematic situations, then creating and executing out-of-the-norm solutions, sometimes from afar, are some of Ryan’s unique abilities.

Adam is a CPA who brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and business intelligence including 7+ years managing family offices and 15+ years of work in PE-backed real estate companies focusing on raw land, multi-family, commercial, and seniors housing developments as well as additional work on real-estate-backed debt funds.

He was a founding employee for seven real estate funds in Salt Lake City, UT that managed over $5B of AUM in total. He has played key roles in scaling accounting and finance departments from the ground up in privately held and VC/PE-backed operating companies in transportation, waste management, hospitality, industrial mining, event management, healthcare, education, and new venture finance industries.

In addition to his professional background, Adam is the Alumni Co-Chair of the Undergraduate Engagement program at the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business that is dedicated to helping over 1,600 new incoming students annually to define, align, and refine their education goals at the School of Business. Adam is a licensed CPA in Utah and regularly participates in podcast interviews, judging competitions, and mentoring private equity managers across the country.

Adam is a graduate of Utah Valley University and received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Utah and completed various postgraduate studies in Business Analytics from the Harvard School of Business.

Vu brings over 20 years of experience in multiple industries directly relating to business development, real estate, public relations, and entrepreneurship. This includes 9+ years of military experience in aeronautical supply chain management and logistics, and industrial engineering.

He is certified in Lean Six Sigma and has trained 1,000+ Marines and Sailors, he has been awarded 5 Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals for his leadership performance, and he made critical changes throughout the Marine Corps including his deployment in Afghanistan in 2012. He was also accepted and trained in Human Intelligence/Counterintelligence in Okinawa, Japan.

Moreover, he has 6+ years of real estate investing including single-family, multi-family, ground-up development, and commercial multi-tenant, and 10+ years of entrepreneurship experience including importing/exporting goods, business consulting/coaching, construction, franchising, and multi-unit businesses development.

Vu plays a key role in developing restaurants throughout Colorado providing a high-level operations-focused approach. He has spoken on over 50 stages around the world on business strategies, closing deals, building a personal brand, and helping people launch, grow, and scale their businesses, consulting on over 1,000 businesses in various industries.

In addition to having military, professional, and entrepreneurial experience, Vu is a Board Member of a non-profit, GlobalMindED. This non-profit focuses on giving access to equity and opportunities and has diversity inclusion. They partner with companies which include Hewlett Packard, Sam's Club, Bentley University, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, AT&T, Royal Bank of Canada, Amazon, The Ph.D. Project, Pearson, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, American Indian College Fund, FSUN, and Canada Consulate General.
